A Double Appearance on the Home Show Live!

We are pleased to announce that one of the projects our Harefield office has been working on for the past ten months will be making a double appearance on The Home Show Live on Channel 4.

The kitchen will be shown at 8pm on the 2nd July 09 and the bathroom and staircase will be shown at 8pm on the 9th July 09. The project is appearing as an example of construction excellence... though as yet we are unsure as to how much air time it will be given!).

3 Holland Park Terrace was an existing three storey flat above a parade of shops in West London which was poorly lit, with an unsuitable interior layout and in need of refurbishment, the interior was completely demolished, leaving only the party walls and floor structure remaining.

In its place over a construction period of 10 months, emerged a contemporary three storey, three bedroom apartment, designed to improve the passage of light throughout the entire property.

The highlight of the project was the installation of a stunning glass staircase situated in the centre of the property, leading up to a glazed sliding lantern light with access to a high level terrace.

Numerous rooflights were installed, along with full height glazing to the master bathroom, with electronically controlled "smart" opaque glass panels, which revert to clear glass at the touch of a switch.

Two extensions were formed to create a large en-suite bathroom, linked to the master bedroom via a glazed walkway and a study/guest bedroom at third floor level.

Finishes and fittings are all to a high standard throughou the property, with stone wall and floor tiling to the bathrooms, poured resin floor to the kitchen and timber floors elsewhere; alongside high specification kitchen, sanitaryware and audio visual systems.
