Brockhampton Estate Wins RICS Award

Brockhampton Estate, also known as Ladyridge was a collection of derelict agricultural buildings near Ross on Wye in Herefordshire, on the verge of being lost.

Through the vision of our Client, ably assisted by their Architects Reg Elliss Associates, the buildings have been carefully repaired and transformed into a number of high quality Work/Living Units. This has not only ensured their presence for future generations but it is hoped they will also help the local economy.  The care and attention to detail of this project has recently been recognised by the RICS, winning the West Midlands Conservation Project of the year award.  It now goes forward to the RICS national awards in October… watch this space!
