It contains a 205 seat recital hall, sports hall, 5 classrooms, changing facilities, 17 sound proof practice rooms, a recording studio, galleries, administrative spaces, resource room and a large bright central Atrium. The top floor of the building has balconies which provide fantastic views of Lincoln Minster Cathedral.

Construction took place over 18 months, which began with an enabling works package of service diversions, demolitions, piling and major earthworks to create the lower ground sports hall.

The total cost of the project was £10 million and was carried out under a JCT form of Contract. Synergy provided Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM-C services and we are very proud to be part of this major development programme which has been ongoing for over 10 years.
