National Trust Appointment at Winkworth
Synergy London Quantity Surveyors have recently been approved by the National Trust to join their professional team for the construction of a new Visitors Centre at Winkworth Arboretum in Surrey.
The construction budget is £700,000 and the architects are Wilkinson King who won the scheme in a design competition. Synergy were chosen for the ‘hands on’ Partner approach we give to all our projects, coupled with our experience of National Trust works and our knowledge of sustainable timber framed buildings.
