New Appointment to Assess Residential Sustainability

The Bath office and heritage buildings arm of Synergy - Bare, Leaning and Bare - has been appointed by Bath and North East Somerset Council to assess the installation,

maintenance and life cycle replacement costs for retrofitted energy conservation measures and micro-generation capacity in existing domestic buildings. The exercise will inform planning policy in pursuit of their core strategy to achieve reductions in CO2 emissions and to tackle fuel poverty.

In making the award of the commission, the Council stated that they were “impressed by [Bare, Leaning and Bare’s] knowledge and interest in the subject”.

If you would like to understand how we could help you make your heritage buildings more sustainable, please call Ian Walker in our Bath office 01225 461704.
