The Cheval Group invest in luxury residences in time for the Olympics

Synergy were appointed as Project Manager for the rebuilding and remodelling of Cheval’s Knightsbridge Residencies back in 2009.

After some difficult planning obstacles were overcome in the winter of 2009/10, the project progressed to the design stage in the Summer and Autumn of 2010.  Baxall Consruction were appointed at Christmas time in 2010 to build the new residencies and work commenced on site in early Spring 2011.

Demolition of the old structure was always going to be a tricky task – set in the heart of residential Knightsbridge and especially given that some tenants are remaining in occupation throughout the building work.  The steel frame for the new building got underway in August and now rapid progress is evident on site.

These spacious apartments will be available with two or three bedrooms and will offer the perfect combination of contemporary style and creature comforts, with harvey Nichols and Harrod's a very short walking distance away. They will open for business in June 2012, just in time for guests arriving for the London Olympics.
