Bare Leaning and Bare
Bare, Leaning and Bare was founded in 1904 and grew through the years to become a successful Quantity
Surveying Practice, operating across the southern half of the country. Over the last 40 years the partners
and staff at the Bath & Exeter offices have developed extensive experience in the repair, alteration and
conservation of historical buildings, cathedrals & churches. Bare Leaning & Bare now operate throughout
the UK and occasionally overseas, from their offices in Bath and Exeter and are a well respected Practice
in the field.
At the same time, Bare, Leaning and Bare have continued to provide traditional Quantity
Surveying services in other Client areas, including education, healthcare, animal care, hotel, retail,
leisure, residential & commercial.
