Cook and Butler
Cook and Butler is a trading name of Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP.
Cook and Butler were inaugurated in 1961 as a Practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors in central London.
Over the years, small branch offices were opened in Fareham, Bristol and London, but in 1979 the Practice was
consolidated to an office on Grays Inn Road and following the merger in 2007, joined CMPB in enlarged offices at London Bridge.
The firm's reputation has been built on long established client relationships and repeat business which, within Synergy,
continues to be strength of the practice today.
As part of the Synergy Group, Cook and Butler offers a wide range of consultancy services, including quantity surveying, employer's agent and construction health and safety.
Specialist client areas include education, ecclesiastical, hotel, retail, residential and industrial.
