Ottley Morrison now trades under Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP, since the merger of the two practices in 2007.
Ottley Morrison is a Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice. The company was established in Manchester in 1996 and since that time has been involved mainly in the private sector, working across a variety of sectors, including commercial, high end residential, education and retail.
In addition to traditional Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, Ottley Morrison has acted as Fund
Monitoring Surveyors on a number of projects. The business is also valued in the insurance market, producing replacement
valuations for a number of building owners and can provide employers with guidance on a variety of Capital Taxation
