About Us
Synergy was founded in 2007 by CM Parker Browne, Cook & Butler, ATC and John Cadman Associates. Combined, we have over
126 years experience in the construction industry.
With long standing business relationships, similar values and a shared clear prominence on client care and integrity,
it was decided that we should form a partnership to allow us to offer greater resources to our clients.
Synergy: interaction or co-operation of two or more agents to produce a combined effect greater than
the sum of their separate effects.
Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP is recognised to be one of the most exciting and dynamic construction consultants
in the industry at present. We have eight offices across the country, giving nationwide coverage to our increasing client base.
In 2007, Building Magazine's survey of consultants concluded we were the 12th fastest growing construction consultant in the UK and
in the same year we were successfully voted as one of the Top 50 best construction employers by Building Magazine's Good Employers Guide.
Both are achievements we are very proud of and recognise without our talented staff and valued clients, we certainly wouldn't be where we are today.
