CM Parker Browne has evolved...
In April 2007 CM Parker Browne merged with Cook & Butler and Andrew Turner & Company and became founder
members of Synergy Construction & Property Consultants LLP. With long standing business relationships,
similar values and a shared clear prominence on client care and integrity, it was decided that we should
form a partnership to allow us to offer greater resources and a wider variety of services to our clients.
In April 2008 we merged with Bare, Leaning & Bare, Ottley Morrison and Johnson & Partners to further strengthen
the offering that, as a whole, Synergy can provide.
The merger in no way affects the close working relationships built up by CM Parker Browne with clients,
other than clients will now have a greater resource at their fingertips whenever required. Our strategy is very much
'continually improving business as usual' and our clients will deal with the same Partners they always have.
CM Parker Browne is now a trading name of Synergy Construction & Property Consultants and offers a full
range of consultancy services, including cost management, project management, building surveying and construction
health and safety services.
Specialist Client areas include retail, residential, education, ecclesiastical, heritage and
conservation, sport and leisure, commercial, health care and industrial.
