Ottley Morrison
Ottley Morrison are Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers located in central Manchester. The company was
established in 1996 and since that time has been involved mainly in the private sector, working accross a
variety of sectors, including commercial, high end residential, education and retail.
In addition to traditional Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, Ottley Morrison
have acted as Fund Monitoring Surveyors on a number of projects. The practice is also valued in the insurance
market, producing replacement valuations for a number of building owners and can also provide employers with
guidance on a variety of Capital Taxation Allowance issues.
