Lord's Cricket Ground Masterplan, London
client: Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and Rifkind Levy Partnership

work: Project management of the Lord's re-development Masterplan up to the determination
of planning in 2010, with the objective of re-engineering the ground to ensure Lord's remains
the world's home of cricket for the 21st century. The project will be complex and one of the
most significant schemes in London over the next decade. Working with Herzog and de Meuron
Architects, the project will renew several stands to increase the capacity to approximately
40,000, improve circulation routes to, from and around the site and also the level of service
offered to spectators during matches. The Masterplan will review the possibility of other
leisure, and allied uses to add the most value to the client and the community.
