Our experience of residential projects is diverse, from local authority housing, to high end private properties
and everything in between; we get involved in all stages of a building's life cycle. At Synergy we are used to
working with a variety of clients, including property owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants.
Our approach to both public and residential housing is bespoke, always aiming to achieve the highest
quality for the budget and utilise sustainable materials wherever possible, by looking at accurate whole life cycle
costing; whilst never losing sight of the aim of the investor.
In a volatile market such as this, it is essential that our clients get the highest return on investment and that
