Our Building Surveyors and Architects are problem solvers, with the skills and experience to
offer our clients sound, imaginative and pragmatic solutions to fulfill their aspirations and to suit their budgets.
They can advise on existing and new buildings; plan and specify for building maintenance and restoration; design and
specify for extensions and adaptations; design and specify for new buildings and developments; and they will supervise
construction to ensure that quality is maintained throughout.
Our experienced team assist Landlords in the decision to invest or occupy; advise on lease obligations; prepare
schedules of dilapidations or in the case of a tenant, advise on whether to stay or vacate. If you have a
problem with a party wall then our team can help you with that too.
